The Holy Moly

The Holy Moly delivers 1800 kg / 3970 lbs of combined pull and 410 kg / 905 lbs of direct pull, from a body measuring 100 x 50 mm. It is the strongest fishing magnet Bondi makes and stronger than most fishing magnets available anywhere.

It came from a simple question after the Bondi Gold: what is beyond this? The answer took a lot of engineering and produced a magnet that will tow a safe out of a canal on its own, drag valuables out of packed mud, and lift things that other magnets simply refused to hold.

Read this before you buy it

The Holy Moly is for experienced magnet fishers only. It is genuinely not suitable for beginners. A magnet this strong is dangerous to handle carelessly, it will trap fingers, it will slam onto any steel surface nearby, and it will find things too heavy for one person to lift. Your muscles, not the magnet, will be the limiting factor. Plan for that.

Magnet or kit

The Holy Moly Kit pairs the magnet with a 10 mm 20 m heavy duty rope, a three-pointed grappling hook, the extra tough XL bucket, waterproof gloves and the golden cover. At this pull force the 10 mm rope is not optional, an 8 mm rope is not rated for what this magnet will attach itself to.
